The STS 6000 series is our newest line of fully automated fuel conditioning systems. They are operated by the programmable, UL 508A certified SFC-50 Algae-X Smart Filtration Controller with text display ready for integration with Building Management Systems. The SFC-50 has automatic alarm and system shut-down functions for flow interruption, high filter pressure, water detection, in cabinet leak sensor and high vacuum.

This automated Algae-X Fuel Oil Conditioning System is custom engineered to decontaminate and condition all fuel for a Power Plant equipped with GE Turbines.

It is a continuous duty, fully automated system that provides optimal quality fuel with < 50 ppm at < 5 micron of contaminant and < 200 ppm of water. The skid is equipped with two filter vessels each containing five filter and coalescer elements.

The water separated from the supplied fuel oil is collected and automatically drained. Its control panel with all the safety and alarm functions is directly wired into the plant’s Building Management System to be monitored and managed from the plant’s control room.

The RMS-60

The RMS-60 programmable Smart Filtration Controller integrates seamlessly with existing Building Management Systems for onsite and remote monitoring of dual, primary filtration. Remote Filtration Monitoring Systems prevent unexpected downtime caused by sudden filter plugging.

The color coded panel lights on the controller give an instant status report on system power and on alarms for high vacuum and high water level in both filter separator bowls. The RMS controller is designed for use in applications where downtime is unacceptable & redundant filtration a necessity. The RMS will timely warn the operator to switch filters and keep heavy equipment and generators running at all times.

Watect 550

WATECT 550 is our next generation Water Sensor Alarm Module with technology based on a programmable micro-controller. The unique and proprietary measuring method eliminates electrolytic probe corrosion and works with common water probes and sensors.

The module is protected against reverse polarity, over-voltage, over-current and has safe recovery from power interruption. Its potential free versatile SPDT relay output controls N.O. and N.C. contacts up to 250V/3A. The compact, flanged housing is completely environmentally sealed and can be used in harsh environments.
