The STS 7004 is equipped with a UL508A Touch-Screen Controller with Modbus, TCP/IP, LAN and Internet connectivity for more intuitive system setup and monitoring from remote locations, E-mail and SMS Maintenance Alerts, Maintenance Alert Log File and On-screen Help. For safe operation, the Touch-Screen Controller triggers automatic alarms and shuts down the pump when filters need service; a leak is detected; high separator water level, high filter vacuum, or high pump pressure occurs; or when the fuel flow is out of range. In addition to the features of the industry standard STS-6000 Series, the STS 7004 includes Multiple-tank Functionality.

The STS 6000-SX is equipped with an external alarm beacon. As with all STS-6000 systems, the SX is equipped with the SFC-50 Smart Filtration Controller which uses color-coded system status and performance indicator lights. The SFC-50 will automatically shut down the system when pump vacuum or discharge pressure is too high, when a filter requires service, water needs to be drained or a leak is detected.

The STS 6000-4GPM is a four-stage programmable, automated Fuel Optimization & Maintenance System equipped with an SFC-50 Smart Filtration Controller. The system control panel is mounted outside the enclosure so monitoring and alarm lights are easily visible. The 4GPM systems are equipped with a WB Water Block/Fine Filter to absorb water and completely dry fuel.

The STS 6000-4GPM-S is a four-stage programmable, automated Fuel Optimization & Maintenance System. The 4GPM-S is equipped with a Separ primary filter/water separator and a water-in-fuel alarm module connected to the SFC-50 Smart Filtration Controller. Depending on its application, the primary filter/separator uses either an SS strainer or a coalescing fine filter cartridge.

The STS-6000-10GPM is a four-stage programmable, automated Fuel Optimization & Maintenance System with the same features as the 4GPM-S. The 10GPM systems have a higher flow rate and a larger contaminant holding capacity.

The STS 6000-10GPM-2T is a 10GPM system designed and automated to service two tanks with one STS system. The “2T” is equipped with an SFC-55 controller which has two three-way motorized ball valves to switch between tanks and uses high and low tank level sensors to prevent overfilling.

The STS-6000-30GPM high capacity automated Fuel Optimization & Maintenance System is functionally similar to the 10GPM systems. It is designed for much higher flow rates and larger contaminant holding capacity. The gear pump is protected by a large capacity strainer with magnetic insert. After passing through the fuel conditioner, the fuel is processed by a primary fine filter with water sensor alarm and a coalescing filter. The SFC with BMS integration, monitors and controls the system’s operating and alarm features.

This automated Algae-X Fuel Oil Conditioning System is custom engineered to decontaminate and condition all fuel for a Power Plant equipped with GE Turbines.

It is a continuous duty, fully automated system that provides optimal quality fuel with < 50 ppm at < 5 micron of contaminant and < 200 ppm of water. The skid is equipped with two filter vessels each containing five filter and coalescer elements.

The water separated from the supplied fuel oil is collected and automatically drained. Its control panel with all the safety and alarm functions is directly wired into the plant’s Building Management System to be monitored and managed from the plant’s control room.
