Enclosed is our payment for the two LG-X 400 Fuel Decontamination Units which are to be installed in our new twin diesel jet rescue RIB. This new vessel is being built by Almar in Tacoma, WA (www.almarooats.com), with launching scheduled for April of 2000. As is the case with three other vessels in our Safe/Sea fleet, Yarmar 315 hp engines and Hamilton 274 jet drive will be the drive train in this new build. Of course the LG-X 400's will be installed by Almar during the engine installations.
As 1 mentioned to you; all of Safe/Sea's (www.safesea.com) diesel rescue vessels have your excellent units installed, either as original equipment or retrofitted if they were built prior to 1996. We nave had no fuel contamination problems since we started using these units. In addition, the Racor fuel filter elements appear less contaminated when they are change at their normal service time.
We conduct over 1000 quick response rescue case each year and reliable service from our equipment is absolutely critical. Your LG-X 400 is a key component to helping us meet this reliability goal.
Sincerely
John Andrews
